Who it's for
Useful Ad Library spot checks
Built for marketers and researchers who need a fast public look at what's running.
Competitive creative checks
See what a brand is running right now across Facebook and Instagram without logging into Ads Manager.
Agency research
Spot-check claims about spend, messaging, or landing pages before a pitch or audit.
Pipeline later
This page is one query at a time. For monitoring and pagination, call the Ad Library API with an API key.
Free tool limits
Good for spot checks, not pipelines
Same search engine as the API — capped so the free tier stays usable.
Fair-use rate limits
1/min · 3/hour · 10/day per IP — enough for spot checks, not scraping a competitor list.
First page only
Free results return the first page of ads. Pagination, date ranges, and country filters live on the paid API.
Public Ad Library data
Only ads Meta exposes in the Ad Library. Political ads and some regions may look different than commercial creatives.
Need continuous monitoring? Use GET /v1/facebook/ad-library/ads/search with your key.

FAQ
Facebook Ad Library FAQ
What does this Facebook Ad Library search do?
It searches Meta's public Ad Library by keyword or advertiser name and returns live creatives — advertiser, copy, platforms, and a link into the library.
Is this the same as Meta's Ad Library website?
Same public data source. This tool runs through Social Fetch's production GET /v1/facebook/ad-library/ads/search endpoint with Cloudflare Turnstile.
Can I search by page or brand name?
Yes. Page names and brand keywords both work. For advertiser discovery at scale, use the companies search endpoint with an API key.
What do Active / All / Inactive mean?
Active shows ads Meta marks as currently running. Inactive shows ended creatives. All returns both.
Why am I only seeing the first page of results?
The free tool returns one page for spot checks. Pagination, country, media type, and date filters are available on the paid API.
Do political and issue ads show up?
They can, depending on Meta's inventory for your query. The API also supports an adType filter for political-and-issue ads when you call it with a key.
Can I automate competitor ad monitoring?
Not from this page — it's for manual checks. For pipelines, call the Facebook Ad Library search API with your key and store request IDs for support.
Why are some creatives missing images?
Meta sometimes omits media URLs in Ad Library payloads. We still show text, status, and the library link when available.
