Social data, priced simply.

Completed lookups on metered routes. Most cost 1 credit; heavier routes document cost in the API reference (e.g. LinkedIn profiles at 3). `lookupStatus: not_found` on HTTP 200 still charges — we ran the lookup. Check `meta.creditsCharged`. `GET /v1/whoami` and `GET /v1/balance` are free.

Pre-send validation errors (malformed URL, bad auth) — caught before the lookup. Infrastructure failures: `lookup_failed` and `503 temporarily_unavailable`. A completed `not_found` lookup is billed.

We ran the lookup — typo'd username, deleted post, removed thread. Structured `not_found` in the envelope. Different from `lookup_failed`, where we didn't produce a definitive answer and we don't charge. Cache known-good IDs in your DB if you need to pre-validate handles.

Pay-as-you-go pack credits never expire — buy today, spend next year. Subscription included credits reset at the end of each monthly period; on annual plans, unused included credits carry into the next month, up to one month's allowance, and anything beyond that expires. Your pay-as-you-go balance is always preserved separately.

TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), Threads, Bluesky, Reddit, Rumble, Twitch, Snapchat, Telegram, Linktree, Hacker News, Truth Social, Spotify, Apple Music, GitHub, Google Ad Library, Amazon, and web extraction routes — 25 platforms through one API key and one response schema. Every credit pack includes every platform; there is no per-platform upsell.

No request quotas on paid metered `/v1/*` routes — credits are the only limit (no enforced RPS cap). Requests may be queued under load; under extreme concurrency you may receive `503 temporarily_unavailable` with an accurate `Retry-After` (not charged; not a paid-route `429`). The limit is 200 requests in flight per workspace. Free routes (`/v1/whoami`, `/v1/balance`) have per-key rate limits and may return `429`. See /docs/credits.

Non-subscribers: metered routes return HTTP `402 insufficient_credits` when pay-as-you-go balance is empty — top up or keep auto top-up on (enabled by default after your first pack purchase). Active subscribers: included credits deplete first, then PAYG, then prepaid refill packs when auto-refill is on. With auto-refill off, or when grace buffer is exhausted after a failed refill charge, you get `402`. No silent debt on prepaid packs.

No. Pay-as-you-go credit packs are one-time purchases with no required recurring plan. Optional monthly or annual subscriptions (Starter, Growth, Scale) include credits each period if you prefer predictable spend — cancel anytime from billing.

Active subscribers spend included monthly credits first, then any pay-as-you-go balance, then a prepaid tier refill pack when auto-refill is on (the default). New Starter subscribers start on the 5,000-credit refill (1,000 and 18,000 are also available); Growth starts on 10,000 and Scale on 15,000, and larger sizes are available on every plan (priced in USD, GBP, or EUR at checkout); refill credits land in PAYG and do not expire. Turn auto-refill off in billing if you prefer a hard stop at zero.

Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance (Starter 18k, Growth 50k, Scale 150k). When included credits are spent, auto-refill charges your saved card for your tier's refill pack — prepaid credits, not metered usage. Starter: 5,000 credits for $14 by default (1,000 from $10). Growth: 10,000 from $18. Scale: 15,000 from $24.70. Optional per-period spend cap in billing; if a charge fails, a one-time grace buffer keeps requests running until you update payment.

On annual plans, yes, for one month: unused included credits carry into the next month, up to one month's allowance, so you can hold at most two months' worth. On monthly plans, no: included credits reset at the start of each monthly period. Pay-as-you-go credits in your separate balance are unaffected and never expire.

From billing in your dashboard: cancel at period end with one confirmation — you keep included credits until the period closes, then revert to pay-as-you-go only. Your pay-as-you-go balance is never forfeited. Manage payment methods and invoices via the Stripe billing portal.

For pay-as-you-go users: auto top-up is on by default after your first credit pack purchase — we charge the same pack size when your balance drops below your threshold (100 credits by default). For subscribers: auto-refill is on by default at subscribe checkout — when spendable balance falls low, we charge your tier's prepaid refill pack off-session. Toggle auto-refill or set an optional per-period spend cap anytime in billing.

Yes, in assistants that sell through Stripe's agentic checkout. Pay-as-you-go packs are sold there at the same prices as here. Pay with the email address of your Social Fetch account, or the one you'll sign up with, and the credits land on that account. See /docs/integrations/agentic-commerce.

Every plan includes email support. Growth and Scale include priority support, and Scale includes a shared Slack channel with our team. Priority support is a $19 a month add-on on Starter, and the shared Slack channel is a $49 a month add-on on Starter or Growth. Enterprise agreements add a dedicated contact.

Active monitor caps: 5 on pay-as-you-go (after a first purchase), 25 on Starter, 100 on Growth, and 250 on Scale. Each check bills at the underlying API route's normal credit price — no separate monitor fee. Poll interval is not plan-gated. See /docs/monitors/billing and /monitoring.

Team members depend on the plan: just you on Pay as you go and Starter, up to 5 on Growth and up to 25 on Scale (more on request). Enterprise is set in your agreement. Buying credits does not add seats. There is no per-seat price, and the Billing role, for people who only need to see invoices and usage, never takes a seat on any plan. You can own up to 5 shared workspaces plus your personal workspace. Credits, plans and payment methods are per workspace and billed to that workspace. Credits cannot be transferred between workspaces, but if you bought in the wrong one, contact support and we can move them. The first-purchase bonus applies once per person, in their personal workspace only.

Four, each a flat monthly price per workspace: single sign-on and directory sync $149 and custom roles $49 on Scale, and priority support $19 and a shared Slack channel $49 on any paid plan that does not already include them (priority support is included from Growth, the Slack channel on Scale). Add one in a click from Billing → Add-ons on any eligible paid plan. It is prorated when you add it, billed on the same invoice as your plan, and you can remove it any time for a prorated credit. Enterprise includes single sign-on, directory sync and custom roles. Building Social Fetch data into your own product and selling it to your customers needs no add-on: every plan allows it under the Terms.

Yes. Every workspace has an activity log of membership, role, invitation and security changes for owners and admins. Entries are deleted after 90 days on every plan, 12 months on Scale.

Social Fetch is operated by Social Freak Ltd, a registered UK company. We do not sell or share customer scraped data, do not use it for model training, and delete API logs after about 30 days.
