Questions
How much do I earn?
20% of everything a referred customer pays, for 12 months from their first purchase. Credit packs, auto top-ups and subscriptions all count, including every subscription renewal in that window.
How is a signup credited to me?
When someone follows your link we save a cookie for 180 days. If they sign up in that time, the referral is recorded against you at signup. If they clicked more than one affiliate link, the last click wins.
When can I be paid?
Each commission is held for 30 days so refunds can still be reversed, then becomes payable. You request a payout from your dashboard. We review every payout and pay approved cash payouts within 30 days of approval.
How do I get paid?
Cash by PayPal or Wise with a $50 minimum, or credits on your Social Fetch account at a 1.5x bonus with a $10 minimum. We cover the transfer fees.
Do I need an audience?
No. There is no minimum audience size. We look at where and how you plan to share the link.
What happens after the 12 months?
Commission on that customer stops. The customer stays on Social Fetch, and every new customer you refer starts their own 12 months.
What is not allowed?
Coupon and deal sites, ads bidding on the Social Fetch brand name, self-referral, and spam. The full list is in the affiliate terms.
What if a customer is refunded?
Refunded purchases do not earn commission. If a payment is refunded after you were credited, we take that commission back.
Can I see how I am doing?
Yes. Your dashboard shows clicks, signups and earnings live.
