Can one API key cover transcripts and Reddit subreddit posts?

Yes. The same x-api-key works for GET /v1/tiktok/videos/transcript and for Reddit routes such as GET /v1/reddit/subreddits/{subreddit}/posts, which lists a subreddit's hot, new or top posts. Each route's credit cost is on its docs page. See the Reddit data API.
