Connect Mistral Le Chat to Social Fetch

Add Social Fetch as a custom MCP connector in Mistral Le Chat.

Steps

  1. Open the Connectors page in Le Chat.
  2. Click + Add Connector, then switch to the Custom MCP Connector tab.
  3. Set the connector name to SocialFetch (letters and digits only — no spaces), paste the server URL into Server URL, and click Connect.
  4. Finish Social Fetch OAuth when prompted.
  5. Try a simple public profile lookup first.

Troubleshooting

  • Team / Enterprise: An admin may need to add or approve the connector.
  • No Custom MCP tab: Ask your workspace admin for access.
  • Tools not listed: Reconnect and finish OAuth again. To shrink the catalog, see MCP docs.
  • Errors: Ask for billing_balance_get (or “how many lookups do I have left?”) after OAuth.
