Competitive for role and experience. Final offer depends on location and background.
About the role
We publish SEO-focused content: integration guides, platform tutorials, comparison pages, and blog posts for developers building on social data. Sometimes we ship a video walkthrough and need a clear written companion. You'll own the words—research, drafting, editing, and keeping content accurate as the API evolves.
What you'll do
- Plan and write SEO content: blog posts, long-form guides, tutorials, and landing-page copy.
- Turn rough outlines, internal notes, or video scripts into polished, publish-ready articles.
- Do keyword and intent research; structure content for search without sacrificing readability.
- Maintain technical accuracy with engineers (endpoint names, code samples, error handling).
- Refresh existing content when platforms, endpoints, or positioning change.
- Collaborate on internal linking between docs, guides, blog, tools, and product pages.
What we're looking for
- Proven portfolio of technical or B2B SaaS writing—especially developer-facing content.
- Strong SEO fundamentals: search intent, headings, metadata awareness, content structure—not keyword stuffing.
- Ability to explain APIs, integrations, and data concepts clearly to a technical audience.
- Clean, concise English; you edit your own work.
- Comfortable asking engineers questions and incorporating feedback fast.
Nice to have
- Experience writing for developer tools, data products, or social/marketing tech.
- Familiarity with MDX or Markdown publishing workflows.
- Basic understanding of social platform APIs or scraping concepts (you don't need to write scrapers).
Benefits
Full-time team members receive:
- Flexible hours — Async-first. We measure output, not screen time—work when you're most effective.
- Unlimited PTO — Take the time you need. Coordinate with the team for longer breaks.
- Equipment stipend — Home office setup that works for you—desk, monitor, or whatever you need.
- Learning budget — Courses, books, and conferences relevant to your role and growth.
- Health benefits — Health coverage for full-time team members. Details shared during hiring.
How to apply
- Put the role title in the email subject line.
- Include a short intro and relevant experience.
- Link to 2–3 writing samples (ideally technical or B2B SaaS).
Published articles, guides, or docs you've written for a technical audience.
