# TikTok live info API

Look up a live room's current like count, viewers, title, cover, and owner.

`GET /v1/tiktok/live` returns current room details and engagement counts for a TikTok broadcast. Pass `roomId` and the owner's TikTok `userId` as digit strings; obtain them from `GET /v1/tiktok/profiles/{handle}/live` and `GET /v1/tiktok/profiles/{handle}`. Read `data.lookupStatus` before using `data.live`. A found room includes `likeCount`, `viewerCount`, `status`, `title`, `coverUrl`, and owner identity. Bill from `meta.creditsCharged`.

## FAQ

### What does the TikTok live info API return?

A room id, like count, current viewer count, live status, title, cover image URL, and owner identity, inside the standard Social Fetch response envelope.

### Where do I get roomId and userId?

Use `roomId` from the profile live lookup and `userId` from the profile lookup. Keep both as strings so the long TikTok numeric ids retain their precision.

### How much does the TikTok live info endpoint cost?

Pricing is documented on the operation in the API registry (shown on this page). Confirm on every response with meta.creditsCharged — that field is the billing source of truth.
