# Fandom Discussions API

Fandom forum threads, newest or trending, with the opening post and reply counts.

`GET /v1/fandom/wikis/{wiki}/discussions` lists threads with their title, forum, author, opening-post text and media, `replyCount`, `upvotes`, `trendingScore`, `lastActivityAt` and the wiki articles they're tagged with. `sort=trending` ranks by Fandom's trending score, `forumId` narrows to one forum (ids come back in `forums`), and `since` stops paging at a cut-off.

Cursors stay steady while new threads arrive, so a long pull doesn't repeat threads. Use the thread route for replies. Wikis without Discussions return `discussionsEnabled: false`.

## FAQ

### How do I name the wiki?

Use the subdomain: fortnite for fortnite.fandom.com, blox-fruits for blox-fruits.fandom.com. A full wiki URL also works. Add lang=de (or another code) for a language edition.

### How many credits does it cost?

Pricing is documented on the operation in the API registry (shown on this page). Confirm on every response with meta.creditsCharged — that field is the billing source of truth. Each paginated page is a separate billed request.

### How do I get the replies?

Call GET /v1/fandom/wikis/{wiki}/discussions/{threadId} with the thread id. Replies are paged with a cursor.
