- cursor (optional, string) - Pagination cursor from page.nextCursor of a previous response.
Pagination: send query `cursor` from prior `data.page.nextCursor`; stop when `data.page.hasMore` is false.
Outcome field: `data.lookupStatus` in `found`, `not_found`
Empty results: An empty list with lookupStatus found means the Spotlight has no public comments, or the id is unknown.
